Return / Exchange Policy

The Florida American Legion Online Store is committed to offering high quality items.
All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year.

Customized items may not be returned unless they are defective.

Please refer to the size charts prior to purchase to ensure the correct size is ordered.

Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or purchased more than 30
days prior may not be returned. For a return or exchange you must first contact Customer
Service to obtain a Return Authorization number. We will provide this number via e-mail.
Returned items may be exchanged for another item of the same value, or a credit can be issued.
